Terms and Conditions of Service
Full Terms and Conditions of Service for Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, and Dog Training:
By booking any service with Pawfect Adventures, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Definitions
“Standard Booking” refers to non-recurring services booked individually and subject to availability.
“Priority Slot” refers to a recurring reserved time slot secured in advance for the client.
“Booking Bundle” refers to prepaid discounted sessions purchased in blocks.
“Short-Notice Booking” refers to any booking commencing within 14 days of confirmation.
“The Company” refers to Pawfect Adventures.
“The Client” refers to the owner or responsible party booking services.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Requests for services must include accurate and complete information regarding:
pet(s);
behaviour history;
medical conditions;
feeding requirements;
location details'
emergency contacts; and
access instructions.
Pawfect Adventures reserves the right to refuse or cancel services where information is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or where safety or welfare concerns arise.
A booking is only considered confirmed once written confirmation has been issued and payment has been received in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Payment Terms
All services are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment method is by BACS transfer to the Company's business account.
Following acceptance of a booking request, clients will receive:
written confirmation;
payment details; and
where applicable, an invoice or payment reference.
Bookings are not secured until payment has been received in full.
If payment is not received within 14 days of booking acceptance, the booking may be cancelled without further notice and availability may be released.
For Short-Notice Bookings, payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to the start of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in cancellation of services.

Primary Service Areas:
Dog Walking & Drop-In Sessions, and Pet Sitting:
Edmonton N9 & N18;
Bush Hill Park EN1;
Ponders End EN3;
Southbury EN1/EN2;
Winchmore Hill N21;
Palmers Green N13;
Grange Park N21/EN2;
Enfield Town EN2
Dog Training:
Within 4 miles of Edmonton Green, North London
Extended Service Areas:
Dog Walking & Drop-In Sessions: Up to 3 miles from Primary Service Areas
Pet Sitting: Within 10 miles of Edmonton Green
Dog Training: Within 10 miles of Edmonton Green
Services outside the primary area may incur surcharges based on travel time and logistics.
Typical surcharge ranges:
Dog Walking & Drop-In: £5–£15 per visit
Pet Sitting: £5–£20 per visit or per day
Dog Training: £10–£20 per session
Travel surcharges will always be agreed in advance.
Services outside extended service areas are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Standard Booking
More than 72 hours’ notice: Full refund or reschedule available.
24–72 hours’ notice: Up to 50% of the booking fee may be retained.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full charges apply.
Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Priority Slots
Priority Slots reserve a recurring scheduled time exclusively for the Client.
Priority Slots:
are payable in advance;
guarantee a recurring scheduled time;
are prioritised over standard bookings; and
are subject to agreed recurring schedules.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Repeated cancellations, excessive rescheduling, or prolonged inactivity may result in forfeiture of the reserved slot.
Priority Slots are unavailable on Public/Bank Holidays unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pawfect Adventures reserves the right to amend or rearrange Priority Slots where reasonably necessary due to illness, emergencies, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
Booking Bundles
Booking Bundles must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Booking Bundles:
are non-refundable;
are non-transferable;
are subject to availability; and
do not guarantee fixed recurring time slots.
Validity periods:
Block of 10 Sessions: valid for 12 weeks from purchase
Block of 20 Sessions: valid for 16 weeks from purchase
Unused sessions automatically expire once the validity period has ended.
Booking Bundles may not be used for Priority Slot arrangements unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Pet Health & Welfare
Clients must provide accurate information regarding their pet’s:
health;
vaccination and parasite control status;
behavioural history;
temperament; and
any special care requirements.
All dogs must be suitably vaccinated and maintained with appropriate flea, tick, and worm prevention.
Pawfect Adventures reserves the right to refuse or terminate services where a pet poses a risk to itself, other animals, the public, or staff.
Veterinary Emergencies
In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, Pawfect Adventures will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Client or emergency contact.
Where immediate veterinary treatment is considered necessary and the Client cannot be reached in time, the Client authorises Pawfect Adventures to seek veterinary care on their behalf.
All veterinary fees and associated costs remain the responsibility of the Client.
Off-Lead Walking
Dogs will only be walked off lead with prior written consent from the Client.
Pawfect Adventures reserves the right to keep any dog on lead where deemed necessary for safety, recall reliability, behavioural concerns, environmental conditions, or legal requirements.
Access & Security
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to their property and pets. This includes:
keys;
lockbox access;
alarm codes;
gate access; and
accurate entry instructions.
If Pawfect Adventures is unable to access the property or pet due to incorrect information, failed access arrangements, or preventable access issues, the full service fee remains payable.
Any incidents relating to property damage, access concerns, or security issues must be reported promptly.
Behaviour & Safety
Aggressive, dangerous, or severely disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of services.
Pawfect Adventures reserves the right to refuse handling of any animal considered unsafe.
All services are conducted using humane, force-free, and welfare-focused handling methods.
Weather, Emergencies & Force Majeure
Pawfect Adventures reserves the right to modify, shorten, reschedule, or cancel services where reasonably necessary due to:
severe weather;
unsafe walking conditions;
transport disruption;
illness;
emergencies; or
circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
Liability
While all reasonable care and precautions will be taken, Pawfect Adventures shall not be held liable for:
illness, injury, loss, death, or behavioural incidents arising from pre-existing conditions;
undisclosed behavioural issues;
faulty equipment supplied by the Client;
unavoidable accidents or escapes;
incidents occurring in public spaces beyond reasonable control; or
circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.
Pawfect Adventures accepts responsibility only for pets while directly under its care and supervision.
Photo & Media Consent
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during services for record-keeping, promotional, or social media purposes. Such media will only be used with prior consent from the client.
Privacy & Data
All personal information provided to Pawfect Adventures will be handled confidentially and used solely for:
administration of services;
communication with Clients; and
operational record keeping.
Information will not be shared with third parties unless legally required or necessary in the event of a veterinary emergency.
Amendments
Pawfect Adventures reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
Continued use of services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Pawfect Adventures and the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pawfect Adventures is committed to providing safe, professional, reliable, and welfare-focused care for every pet entrusted to us.
PAWFECT ADVENTURES SHOP
Shipping and Delivery Information
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £60.
The standard delivery time normally ranges from 3-7 working days. Delivery times may need to be increased at busy periods, namely during sales and seasonal holidays.
Standard Shipping: Available on all our products at £6.99.
Priority Shipping: Our Pawfect Adventures Range products have the option for Next Day UK shipping at a cost of £8.99. All orders must be placed by 14:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, to benefit from same day processing, and will be delivered on the next working day.
Regions we supply: We are currently only able to ship to the United Kingdom. We are working to expand our network in other locations.
Pawfect Adventures Shop: Refund Promise
At Pawfect Adventures we are certain you will love our products! We truly believe we offer some of the greatest products in the world, and we want to make sure we back that up, that's why regardless of the statutory 14-day right, we offer an iron-clad 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on all products, subject to terms and conditions*.
Unhappy? You shouldn’t be! If for any reason you or your puppers are unhappy with our product(s), we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will accept your return if it is created via our website within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure you pay adequate postage so that the product is delivered to us safely, upon receipt of which our wonderful team will initiate a refund.
Defective item? We’ll fix that! Please inspect your order upon receipt. If for any reason a product has been delivered to you in a defective state, please send us a picture of the item as soon as possible (and no later than 30 days of receipt) for replacement of a like for like product. If we are unable to send a like-for-like replacement, our team will be in touch to confirm the best resolution for you and your doggo.
Complicated process? Not really! We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@pawfectadventures.com where our friendly customer support team is available to resolve any issues.
*This refund policy applies only to physical products that have been purchased via the Pawfect Adventures Shop page. Proof of initial purchase is required. Pawfect Adventures cannot provide a refund for merchandise bought from other retailers, who will need to be contacted in accordance with their own policies.
